Work outline: Responsible for all of Factory management function
Size of the Factory: Full capacity approximately 1,000 staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and lead all production, quality control, hygiene, warehouse, cold storage and loading management.
Ø Direct production and ensures cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy and performance standard.
Ø Assure strict enforcement of all safety, HSE, GMP&HACCP, BRC regulations.
Ø Assure that customer service and relations are provided effectively through timely delivery of quality products.
Ø Assure that all plant operations comply with the company policy, laws, and regulations.
Ø Make sure that all production parameters, SOP, food safety, GMP, HACCP, BRC principles are effectively followed by production team.
Ø Proven ability for driving process improvement, adhering to plans/budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 38-45 years
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in Management or any related field
Ø More than 10 year experience in direct food production.
Ø More than 5 year experience in plant management.
Ø Good common in English and computer skill.
Ø Knowledge of manufacturing system with GMP, HACCP, BRC standards
Ø Strong leadership and coaching skill.
Ø Strong team building, decision making and people management.
Preferable:
Ø Have an experience in chicken further processing is advantage
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom then move to Saraburi around April 2018
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 17:00
