Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee overall operations of the hydroponic vegetable and fruit production facility - Plan cultivation schedules, manage planting, care, and harvesting processes - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility - Monitor environmental conditions and hygiene standards - Ensure product quality and safety - Analyze and record operational data - Support marketing activities - Accumulate cultivation knowledge and communicate with external consultants regarding strawberry cultivation (possibly Japanese consultants)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields - Minimum 7 years of experience in hydroponics, plant factory operations, or controlled-environment agriculture - Experience in vegetable farming business, hydroponic systems, and sales/marketing of produce - Conversational Middle Level in Japanese for communicating with the Japanese President and Japanese consultants - Basic Level in English for making the document <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience managing food-grade or cleanroom facilities is a plus - JLPT N3 up
