เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To plan and create production orders based on the customer's order
• Making production plan and control by excel file
• Monitor production capacity, work order status, production schedule and materials availability
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping and Inventory when expedite orders need
• Provide and update delivery schedules to customers.
• Analysis data and prepare the reports to management in English
• Other tasks assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• At least 3 years working experience as production planning in the automotive / machinery industry
• Conversational low level of English
• Able to use MS Excel
• Good with numbers
• Able to keep promises
• Experience working for a TIER 2 or TIER 3 company (since it is assumed that candidates have worked for a company that handles many products and has a large scope of work)
• Having experience of aluminum diecast

Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri *Saturday working average once in a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและจัดทำใบสั่งผลิตตามใบสั่งของลูกค้า
• จัดทำแผนการผลิตและควบคุมด้วยไฟล์ excel
• ตรวจสอบกำลังการผลิต สถานะใบสั่งงาน กำหนดการผลิต และความพร้อมของวัสดุ
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย การผลิต การจัดส่ง และสินค้าคงคลังเมื่อต้องการเร่งคำสั่งซื้อ
• จัดเตรียมและปรับปรุงตารางการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานต่อผู้บริหารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• เพศหญิงจะดีมาก
• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้านการวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ / เครื่องจักร
• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับต่ำ
• สามารถใช้ MS Excel . ได้
• เก่งเลข
• สามารถรักษาสัญญา
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัท TIER 2 หรือ TIER 3 (เนื่องจากสันนิษฐานว่าผู้สมัครเคยทำงานให้กับบริษัทที่ดูแลผลิตภัณฑ์จำนวนมากและมีขอบเขตงานมาก)จะดีมาก
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านอลูมิเนียมไดคาสท์จะดีมาก
