Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze historical cost data to identify expense trends and develop effective cost reduction strategies. - Manage and review the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts; monitor actual performance and report on variances. - Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies by monitoring budget execution and actual expenditures. - Supervise cross-functional decision-making processes related to cost management and control. - Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), - Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing of manufacturing costs and calculation of the Cost - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing rework, and minimizing data-related errors. - Maintain clear and professional communication with external auditors, such as the auditing firm, during the audit
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance - Experience over 10 years in the Planning and Accounting field. - At least 5 years in a management role in a large-scale Company of 1,000 employees up. - Working experiences as finance & accounting with working background from a manufacturing company - CPD license holder - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, S4HC, AS400) and Microsoft Office. - Conversational high to business in English (To communicate with Jappanese top management, e-mail and report) - Strong analysis skill, people management <Peferable > - CPA license - Experiences in related business (ex. air-condition manufacturing, electronics manufacturing)
