• Piping Engineer - Supervisor
(25K – 40K) (SDG-57580)
วิศวกร-หัวหน้าวิศวกรงานท่อ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide piping technical, analysis and recommendation for supporting failure analysis, root cause analysis and other health, environment and safety issues
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 , 14001 ,45001 system to the project.
• Ensure that all construction activities related to Piping, Mechanical and HVAC are planned, performed and documented in accordance with the project specifications.
• Monitor all mechanical and HVAC construction activities with emphasis on quality, schedule and HSE.
• Plan/ participate in audits/verifications as required.
• Develop construction work package to instruct construction/fabrication team on fabrication and installation scope.
• Closely working with construction team for fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up, commissioning until turn into operations.
• Ensure that Contractors personnel are qualified in accordance with contract requirements.
• Visiting on site plant (by case).
• Other job will assigned by report line.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineer , mechanical engineer or related field.
• At least 3 years experience working as piping engineer from oil & gas or energy plant construction service company.
• Have experience design layout and install Boiler and Pressure Vessel.
• Specialize in drawing reading & analysis.
• Advance conversational high level in English.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 , 14001 ,45001 system.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs.
• Able to visit client site by own car.
• 1 years management experience (Have subordinate) is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์และการวางท่อเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและปัญหาด้านสุขภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยอื่น ๆ
•นำระบบ ISO 9001: 2015, 14001, 45001 ไปใช้กับโครงการ
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการก่อสร้างทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่อเครื่องจักรกลและ HVAC ได้รับการวางแผนดำเนินการและจัดทำเป็นเอกสารตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
•ตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการก่อสร้างเชิงกลและ HVAC ทั้งหมดโดยเน้นที่คุณภาพกำหนดการและ HSE
•วางแผน / มีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบ / การตรวจสอบตามความจำเป็น
•พัฒนาชุดงานก่อสร้างเพื่อแนะนำทีมงานก่อสร้าง / ประดิษฐ์เกี่ยวกับการผลิตและขอบเขตการติดตั้ง
•ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานก่อสร้างอย่างใกล้ชิดสำหรับการผลิตการขนส่งการติดตั้งการเชื่อมต่อการว่าจ้างจนกว่าจะเปิดดำเนินการ
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบุคลากรของผู้รับเหมามีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดของสัญญา
•เยี่ยมชมโรงงานในพื้นที่ (ตามกรณี)
•งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-35 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรโยธาวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการทำงานเป็นวิศวกรท่อจากบริษัทที่ให้บริการก่อสร้างโรงงานน้ำมันและก๊าซหรือพลังงาน
•มีประสบการณ์การออกแบบเค้าโครงและติดตั้งหม้อไอน้ำและภาชนะรับความดัน
•เชี่ยวชาญในการวาดภาพการอ่านและการวิเคราะห์
•สนทนาขั้นสูงระดับสูงในภาษาอังกฤษ
•มีความรู้ในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015, 14001, 45001
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม Microsoft office
•สามารถเยี่ยมชมไซต์ลูกค้าด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
•มีประสบการณ์การบริหารงาน 1 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
