Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To supervise and manage pest control service staff in accordance with company regulations - To manage and plan important branch documentation, such as contracts, licenses, and permits - To manage overall customer service operations, including service planning - To take care of equipment allocation and service scheduling. - To control and inspect service plans for customer sites and review service operation reports - To resolve customer complaints or service issues that staff are unable to solve independently - To coordinate and communicate between internal departments and service staff - To manage and perform other assigned administrative and operational tasks - To inspect and plan the procurement of equipment, office supplies, and consumables - To review staff attendance, overtime records, and prepare reports for payroll consideration - Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental, or any related fields - At least 7 years of experience in Pest Control, Enviromental, or Cleaning Service operations - At least 3 years of Experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager with subordinates - Experinece in managing and planning important branch documentation - Experience in inspecting and planning the procurement of equipment and office supplies - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel - Able to visit customers sometimes (Around 1-2 times per week or less) <In Details> - Able to handle customer complaints or service issues that staff are unable to solve independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience Directly in a Pest Control Company - Holds License as a Hazardous Substance Controller - Holds Certificate of Training in Pesticide / Insecticide Handling and Application - Hold Safety-related License or Certificate
