<Job Responsibilities>
1: Training 
- Analysis of training needs, making training plan, follow up tarining results and traning record.
2: Recruitment
- Contact with candidates and related persons to make interview appointments, inform interview result 
- Manage hiring process, orientation for new employees and provocation evaluation
3: Pay roll
- Record OT and leave date
- Salary of the employee
- Social security, tax, procidnet fundetc.
4: Other 
- Prepare data for annual evaluation and bonus
- Contact with external government office and send documents 
- Other tasks assigned 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or HR field
- At least 5 years working experience as HR in any manufacturing company
- Conversation middle-level of English
- Enthusiastic and excellent service mind with positive attitude
- Be creative to improve HR system

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge about basic ISO9001 and ISO14001
