Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including report summaries and analysis for management.
- Document and maintain records of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and other meeting minutes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, Excel sheets, and other business documents.
- Serve as an interpreter in selected meetings.
- Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and Thai employees to ensure effective communication.
- Support company operations through planning and coordination.
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for visiting guests.
- Facilitate visa and work permit processing for Japanese management. (Just coordinate and gathering documents for HR)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant who is handling Interpreter tasks (any Industry)
- Holding JLPT N1, N2, with conversational High to Business level in Japanese
- Conversational High in English (documents, email, coordinator work)
- Flexible with service mind
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Early join or Immediately join candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and manners
