<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinated schedule and appropriate meeting time with involving persons and customers
Prepare and manage for minute meeting
Carry out specific projects and research
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office
Liaise with superior to drive improvement actions
Responsible for hotel, transportation and accommodation reservation domestic and internationally
Other task as assigned by management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in any related field
At least 3 years working experience as personal assistant
Able to communicate in English effectively
Able to use Microsoft Office
