Work Outline: Assist Head of HR in providing full range of all secretarial and administrative functions and report directly to JP MD


Duties & Responsibility:


Conducting important administrative tasks for MD and team, as well as helping to check tasks completed by others

Act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization

Producing briefing paper and document to ensure Managing Director knows all the point and important topics in meeting agenda

Prepare presentation for meeting, filing & purchasing, phone & mail correspondence

Coordinate with both internal & external, and other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

[Must]

Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 38 – 45

Bachelor's degree in any related fields

3-5 years’ experience in Admin or secretary function

Good command of English and Japanese


Languages skills 


English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 and above)


Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai, 5 minutes walk


Working Hour: Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00]
