Duties & Responsibility:
- Assist to Japanese Managing Director (English Speaking)
- Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
- Scheduling and coordinating as a window person for Japanese Managing Director
- Other assignment as assigned by MD
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
- Female, age 25-30 years old
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Art, Business, or any related field
- 1 – 5 years of experience as Secretary or PA
- Direct experience in IT outsourcing firm or call center will be highly advantage
- Good command in English (Able to communicate in good business manner)

- Japanese skills would be highly advantage
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential
Workplace Area: Asoke / Bangkok (BTS Asoke) or Rama 9 / Bangkok (MRT Rama9)
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.45 – 17.45)

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 THB/ Month
