Work outline: Responsibility for payrolls including salary, overtime, personal income tax, provident fund, social security fund, staff’ loan and concerning benefits matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support in payroll administration process and input data to the system
Monthly processing of company payroll, maintaining payroll records, calculate data in the system
Support for Welfare & Benefits : Health Insurance / Group Accident / Health Check-up /Uniform / Long Service Year, etc.- Employee Relations Employee Visit (sick)/ Activity for Employee
Distribute Pay slip, Annual withholding income tax certificate, etc.
Handle Visa, Work permit for Expat
Support on administration works and other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 30-40 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related fields
At least 3 years’ experience in payrolls and welfare
Good command of English speaking, listening and writing.
Good communication and good interpersonal skills
Be able to use payroll program
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ari
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 THB negotiable
