Work outline: Responsible for managing parking lot system on each project
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and Organize the parking car system at the customer’s site
Coordinate with customers or owner
Prepare and handle department reports
Negotiate and prepare contract with customers/owners
Handle and manage cash
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male , age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
At least 2 years of working experience in operation, administrator, customer service, or related functions
Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Able to communicate in English
Good PC skills in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom (Depends on the project)
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00( Mon – Fri )
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB
