Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Control subordinates to achieve production target and KPI of the section with (Q, C, D, M, S) Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale (or Motivation/Man) and Safety. - To make the Standard and WI for the Painting Process. - Improvement process 5S, Kaizen. - Control chemicals of the painting process. - Control Waste wastewater treatment from the painting process. - Input data of production in the Production Program - Inventory check with the Account schedule. - Control the quality of the product in the process and analyze the root cause of the defect. - Other assign job from the Supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Have 1 experience in the Painting process (Powder color) in manufacturing - Fresh graduates are welcome. - English conversation, middle level (Communication with Japanese manager and document) - Knowledge analysis, Improve Process. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - TOEIC 600 scores up
