Painting/ Coating Supervisor
(30K – 35K) (SDG-66310)
หัวหน้างานอาวุโส แผนกพ่นสี
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the subordinate to run the production line smoothly
• Plan and execute the production equipment
• Check the daily inspection table and any abnormality and provide the optimal solution if possible
• Understand and distinguish in-process flaws and report to JP Manager if occur
• Implementation of environmental improvement activities
• Internal environmental management based on law and other requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Painting / Coating from automotive manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Leader or Supervisor (Have subordinate)
• Have working experience about colour mixing, checking colour quality
• Conversational low level of English

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(<Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ดำเนินการในสายการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น
• วางแผนและดำเนินการอุปกรณ์การผลิต
• ตรวจสอบตารางตรวจสอบรายวันและความผิดปกติใดๆ และจัดหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่เหมาะสมที่สุดหากเป็นไปได้
• ทำความเข้าใจและแยกแยะข้อบกพร่องในกระบวนการและรายงานไปยัง JP Manager หากเกิดขึ้น
• การดำเนินกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อม
• การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 33-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี เกี่ยวกับงานพ่นสี / เคลือบ จากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าหรือหัวหน้างาน (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการผสมสี ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสี
• ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสนทนา
