Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise daily packing processes of finished pet food products, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and efficiency. - Monitor packaging standards, labeling requirements, and sealing processes to comply with company and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product transfer from manufacturing to dispatch. - Ensure timely packing and readiness of products for shipment to distributors. - Assign tasks and manage packing team schedules to meet production and shipment timelines. - Train, guide, and monitor packing staff to maintain consistent performance and compliance with company standards. - Ensure adherence to food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO, or equivalent) within the packing area. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures across all packing operations. - Verify that packed quantities match order requirements and minimize product losses or errors. - Maintain accurate packing and dispatch records. - Track and report daily output, incidents, and operational challenges to management. - Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields - At least 4 years of experience in warehouse management, Production Supervisor, or related experience handling packing operations in the manufacturing industry - At least 1 year of experience at a supervisor/management level with subordinates <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees <Detail> - Able to perform physical tasks when necessary. - Able to use MS Office
