Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Sorting: - Sort products and parcels based on customer orders or delivery destinations to ensure readiness before shipment. Checking: - Verify the accuracy of products (quantity / model / specifications) against documents such as PO and Invoice, and ensure all items are in good condition. Packing: - Pack products according to company standards (e.g., proper cushioning, labeling, and shipping documentation) to ensure safe domestic and international delivery. Stock Handling: - Store products properly in the warehouse and update inventory records accurately in the system, ensuring stock accuracy at all times. Coordination: - Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and related teams to ensure timely delivery. Workspace Maintenance: - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. - Other assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of relevant working experience as Packing and Store Management. - Knowledge of logistic operations. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up) <Indetails> - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Fast learner with high sense of responsibility <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with inventory systems or logistics documentation (Invoice / Packing List / AWB) will be an advantage
