Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage overall operations of all stores under the Thailand corporation - Own P&L accountability — track revenue, control costs, and report performance to HQ - Support new store openings, lease renewals, and store closures - Recruit, train, and lead store managers and frontline staff - Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies - Serve as the primary liaison between the local team and HQ (Korea) - Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and brand standards
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 10 years of experience, with a background in multi-location management (F&B chains, retail franchise, hospitality, or similar service industries) - Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting - Business level in English for communication with the local team and HQ (Korea) <Detail> - Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams - Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in kids/family entertainment, indoor playground, or experience-based retail - Prior experience working with a Korean company or brand - Business level in Korean
