Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To find new customers through cold calling, appointment setting, and customer visits - To develop relationships with new customers and understand logistics requirements - To visit customers to gather information and propose appropriate logistics solutions - To sell services, including Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Packing, and Warehousing - To follow up on quotations and related business opportunities - To control and issue quotations for Import & Export shipments to customers - To prepare sales and shipment documents for customers - To coordinate shipment-related issues with customers, shipping lines, and relevant parties - Other tasks as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years of Experience As an Outside Sales and finding new customers in Forwarding Service - Experience in selling Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Packing, and Warehousing - Experience in sales, customer clearance, and shipping documents - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, customers, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint <In Details> - Relationship-building and long-term customer management skills - Good coordination skills with internal teams and external partners - Strong communication and interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Sea or Ocean Freight Forwarding
