Operations Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-92067) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ <Job Responsibilities> - Ensuring the provision with high level Data Center Service Management, Buildings and Facilities Management as well as Security Management - Ensuring all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in line with relevant regulation and Telehouse Standards - Establishing necessary operation procedure, maintenance procedure in order to preserve good condition to the premises and all equipment or environment in data center - Performing recovery process against any system outage, service failure or building structure problem in timely manner - Checking the day-to-day customer’s service management and maintain of all infrastructures - Overseeing the performance of various units, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of services to enable contribution to the success of the entire business - Establishing and managing 24/7 operation team by applying 24/7 work shift in compliance with labor law - Establishing 24/7 facility operation team with leading outsourcing engineer. - Planning consecutive strategic growth of the operation team - Other duties reasonably associated with this position <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineer or mechanical engineer related field - At least 10 years of experience in managing or maintaining the operations and facilities - At least 3 years experience in management - Experience in building management (Managing HVAC or Electric, in any building) - Conversational high level of English (Communicating with Japanese) <Preferable Skills / Experiences > - Experience in Data centre or Operation center - Experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: near MRT Phetchaburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: none)) About the Benefits 80,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Data centre service Business Type: IT Solutions / IT Consulting;
