Operations Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-65052) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ <Job Responsibilities> - Lead and drive the overall Operations strategy in alignment with Company goals. - Manage Operations department costs pertaining to direct labour, factory overhead and gross margins. - Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, and productivity and efficiency programmes. - Work together with site management in reviewing capacity and capability in developing yearly budget for achieving Company growth targets. - Oversee the production schedules, materials, quality assurance and workforce, to ensure that products are consistently delivered to set standards. - Work with sales team to lead engineering to fulfil RFQ, RFS, and production while resolving any engineering or quality issues. - Supervise quality management to ensure that proper documentation processes are in place and maintained, resolving any quality issues with customers or suppliers. - Partner with corporate learning and development to design and implement Operations training programme to develop workforce competencies. - Continuously seek to develop and enhance and optimize operations process to develop engineering and production capabilities to achieve company objectives and growth. - Supervise and implement a series of protective measures such as fire control, environmental protection, occupational hazards, standardized production safety, hazardous chemicals management, and 6S in the factory.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 35 – 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. - At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in Production field (including Quality Management) from automotive parts/electronic parts manufacturing - At least 5 years in a management position - Strong background in management, 5S and quality assurance. - Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 in lean manufacturing. - Proficient in written and spoken English (To communicated with Singaporean) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Production field from automotive parts/electronic parts manufacturing by Foam, Sponge or Printing - Working knowledge of die-cut manufacturing process - Strong awareness of cost factors in manufacturing, takes accountability in managing manufacturing cost and supports optimization of product cost. - Lean Manufacturing Principles – Understanding the principles of lean and how to apply to a manufacturing organization. - Six Sigma training preferable - Knowledge of manufacturing process, equipment, test / validation / qualification.
