Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare GPS devices and other equipment by configuring the system using the software or tools provided before installation and maintenance.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and analyze the root causes of equipment issues.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment problems within a limited timeframe.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, provide consultation to the customer service team, and offer troubleshooting guidance to technicians.
- Prepare technical issue summary reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and others.
- Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of work experience as an Operation Technician
- Experience in GPS products or vehicle equipment.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers, including coordinating with the customer support team to provide guidance enabling them to effectively address customer concerns.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to analyze and resolve issues under pressure within limited timeframes. Must possess strong coordination skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and skilled in using Microsoft Office programs effectively.
- Willing to work overtime or adjust rest days as needed.
- Able to travel to project sites for equipment installation or troubleshooting.
- Interest in learning and exploring new technologies.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese language skills will be an advantage
