Operation Technician (GPS) (20K–26K) (SDG-110106) ช่างปฏิบัติการ (GPS) <Job responsibilities> - Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers, including coordinating with the customer service team and Providing guidance to help them address various customer inquiries. - Prepare GPS devices and configure the system before installing the equipment. - Inspect, troubleshoot, and Analyze the causes of malfunctioning devices. - Analyze issues with the equipment and resolve them within a limited time frame. - Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, provide consultation to the customer service team, and offer guidance to the technical team on issue resolution. - Prepare technical issue summary reports using Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Word. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ลูกค้ารายงาน รวมถึงการประสานงานกับทีมบริการลูกค้าและให้คำแนะนำเพื่อช่วยตอบสนองต่อการสอบถามต่างๆ ของลูกค้า - เตรียมอุปกรณ์ GPS และตั้งค่าระบบก่อนติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ - ตรวจสอบ แก้ไขปัญหา และวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของอุปกรณ์ที่ทำงานผิดปกติ - วิเคราะห์ปัญหาของอุปกรณ์และแก้ไขปัญหาภายในระยะเวลาจำกัด - วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีมงานบริการลูกค้า และให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานด้านเทคนิคในการแก้ไขปัญหา - จัดทำรายงานสรุปปัญหาทางเทคนิคโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Excel และ Word
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 23 - 27 years old - Bachelor's degree - Diploma (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. - At least 1-3 years experience of working in related industry. - Willing to work overtime or on alternating days off. - Capable of working on-site for equipment installation or troubleshooting. - Interested in Learning new technologies. - Proficient in basic Computer skills and Capable of using Microsoft office programs effectively. - Detail-oriented and Responsible for assigned tasks, with the ability to Analyze and solve problems under pressure and tight deadlines.
