Operation Support (Senior Manager) / Japanese Speaking (60K-65K) (SDG-76593) ฝ่ายสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน (ผู้จัดการอาวุโส) / พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น <Job Responsibilities> - Monitor and report performance and follow up on situations that may affect the branch's operations to the management and propose solutions - Supervising and training employees ex. monthly training for branch, prepare an operating manual - Coordinating between branches/headquarters/external companies (such as department stores, trading partners) - Interpreter at the meeting (within the company) / Japanese-Thai translation of documents <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27-40 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher - 2 years of experience as an operations manager or similar role in food industry - Business level of English and Japanese speaking and writing - Able to use Power point/ Excel, Google Products (Google Drive / Google Calendar / Google sheet etc.) - Able to work in the restaurant branch <Preferable skills> - JLPT N1 - TOEIC 900 or above - Study or work or live in Japanese before - Experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant / Hospitality / Retail Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (No Sat)) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–65,000THB About the company Products: Sushi restaurant chain with a conveyor belt system Business Type: Food / Beverages;
