Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Procure ordering devices and coordinate equipment repairs - Manage platforms such as LINE MAN and Grab, including updating menu images, names, and prices - Translate documents or serve as an interpreter (if needed) - Source and purchase various equipment for the store - Communicate information from the head office to branches - Receive and address operational issues reported by the stores - Create and maintain branch calendars, and notify branches of important schedules - Coordinate with oil/fuel suppliers - Conduct site inspections before branch openings and/or provide on-site support - Support team tasks and other assignments as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Fresh graduates are welcome or any experience candidate. - JLPT N3 or higher (must have official certification), with Business level in Japanese language (Coordinator, Documents translating, Interpreting etc.) - Conversational Middle to High in English (documents tasks, translating) - Willing to work both in office and travel to branches or other provinces as needed <Detail> - Possess a "can-do" attitude, strong communication and coordination skills - Flexible, open to feedback, able to work well in a team, and adaptable to change - Proactively seeks ways to improve work efficiency and quality - Detail-oriented and careful - Proficient in general Microsoft Office programs - Able to follow the “HORENSO” style of work (Report, Communicate, Consult) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can join immediately - Holding JLPT N2, N1
