Job Description

 
<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead and manage inbound operations, including system transactions, booking, goods receipt, GR inspection, put-away, document and data management, and reporting.
- Supervise inbound supervisors and frontline associates to ensure efficient unloading, checking, segregation, and put-away processes.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, gate security, and operations teams to ensure timely receiving.
- Monitor inbound KPIs (GR receiving, put-away accuracy, discrepancies, expiry date control, shelf-life inspection, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, WMS processes, health & safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Update and improve inbound SOPs, work instructions, and system enhancements.
- Support the Shift Manager in overall shift operations and act as the escalation point for inbound-related issues.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control, Outbound, and Customer Service teams to maintain end-to-end operational flow.
- Drive continuous improvement in inbound processes, layout optimization, and labor efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop inbound supervisors and staff to build strong operational capability.
- Prepare inbound operation reports and provide insights to the Shift Manager and the Site Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse/DC operations position in a Distributor, retail industry, or e-commerce industry
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large teams (30+ staff per shift), fast-moving, and complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of inbound processes (goods receiving, put-away, GR inspection, etc.)
- Conversation at a Middle level in English (Internal, Meeting, reports, email) 
- Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
 
<Preferable>
- Experience working with Korean companies and adapting to Korean business culture.
- Proven track record in managing distribution centers within the food retail industry.
