<Job Responsibilities> ■Documents Receive and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for customers and suppliers Prepare and issue domestic Tax Invoices Issue Delivery Orders and update delivery status to customers ■Shipment Verify and revise import documents (Import Invoice) Prepare export documents (Commercial / Non-Commercial Invoice) Book courier shipments via UPS and DHL websites Handle customs clearance procedures ■BOI Manage BOI documentation (Submission, Stock confirmation, Group and Formula updates) Manage TISI documentation (annual import permit requests, system submission) Prepare Tags and Shipping Marks ■Management Control delivery schedules and domestic delivery costs Adjust vessel schedules and manage priority tasks Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders Pre-book vessel schedules with forwarders Receive forecasts from GSH and issue forecasts to Nissin Update monthly delivery quantities for QC team Arrange inspection appointments with suppliers and inform QC team Request freight quotations and monitor shipment updates and documents ■Payment Follow up, check billing, and issue Payment Vouchers Confirm payment amounts with Accounting Issue Sales Vouchers and manage inventory control Confirm General Ledger Listing with the Creative team Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field ・More than 2 years of BOI experience (Report V, Cut-stock, and etc.) in logistics, trading company, or manufacturing company ・At least 1 year of leader experience ・Conversational middle-level English (Writing and reading for e-mail and related documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having Japanese company working experience
