เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ (Shipping) (25K–28K) (SDG-90531) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - ตามตารางเดินเรือ ตรวจสอบสถานการณ์การเดินเรือโดยสื่อสารกับกัปตันเรือเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - ตามสถานการณ์การดำเนินงาน คำนวณระยะทาง เวลา และ seed ฯลฯ ให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา - ประสานงานกับ Line Master และพิจารณาทิศทาง - ให้คำแนะนำกับกัปตัน - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่งสินค้าเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - เดินทางไปยังท่าเรือเพื่อสื่อสารกับกัปตันเรือ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี ・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะผู้ประสานงานในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์หรืออุตสาหกรรมการค้า (ประสบการณ์การประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆหรือลูกค้า) ・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (สื่อสารกับหน่วยงานที่ท่าเรือแต่ละแห่งและเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง) ・เก่งด้านการคำนวณ (คำนวณความเร็ว เวลา ระยะทาง ฯลฯ) และทักษะ Excel ・มีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูง, มีบุคลิกภาพแบบร่วมมือ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> ・มีความรู้ด้านการเดินเรือ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : BTS ศาลาแดง เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
