Job Description

 
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and lead end-to-end fulfillment center operations during assigned shifts (Day, Evening, Night).
- Act as shift leader, supervising section managers, supervisors, and frontline associates.
- Ensure smooth and stable shift execution, achieving KPIs in Operations, Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Cost.
- Take full accountability for labor planning, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Resolve real-time operational issues with minimal disruption to customer service.
- Monitor shift performance, reporting, and ensure smooth handover to the next shift/Site Manager.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Utilize WMS and operational dashboards to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- Lead, motivate, and coach teams, ensuring engagement, discipline, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Act as deputy to the Site Manager when required to ensure operational continuity.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a fulfillment/warehouse operations position in a Distributor, retail industry, or e-commerce industry
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large teams (100+ staff per shift), fast-moving, and complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve shift-level KPIs (productivity, cost per order, accuracy, OTIF).
- Conversation at a high level in English (Internal, Meeting, reports, email) 
- Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
 
<Preferable>
- Experience working with Korean companies and adapting to Korean business culture.
- Proven track record in managing distribution centers within the food retail industry.
