Operation Manager (Sulfuric Acid, Contract 6 months) (80K–130K) (SDG-101107) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (กรด Sulfuric, สัญญา 6 เดือน) <Job responsibilities> - Oversee all day to day/monthly deliverables of terminal operations, including receiving, storage, Handling, equipment maintenance, and distribution of sulfuric acid/chemicals. - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, security and regulatory requirements for terminal operations. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for terminal operations and Ensure adherence. - Monitor and maintain terminal equipment and infrastructure ensuring zero incidents through utilization of the Company’s preventative maintenance program. - Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions for terminal personnel. - Provide leadership and guidance to tank terminal employees, fostering a positive productive work environmental. - Promote a Strong safety culture among the terminal staff through training, communications and leading by examples. - Build and Maintain Strong relationships with carriers/customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Collaborate with sulfuric acid distribution team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth. - Manage terminal budget. - Management of capital projects in alignment with the Company’s project/engineering manager. - Ensure all documentation requirements for terminal operations is maintained and updated - Other tasks as assigned. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลการส่งมอบการดำเนินงานท่าเรือแบบวันต่อวัน/เดือน รวมถึงการรับ การจัดเก็บ การจัดการ การบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ และการจำหน่ายกรดซัลฟิวริก/สารเคมี - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม การรักษาความปลอดภัย และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานในอาคารผู้โดยสาร - พัฒนาและใช้ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐานสำหรับการดำเนินงานของเทอร์มินัลและรับรองการปฏิบัติตาม - ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ปลายทางและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าจะไม่มีเหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นผ่านการใช้โปรแกรมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันของบริษัท - จัดให้มีการประชุมด้านความปลอดภัย การฝึกอบรมบุคลากรในอาคารผู้โดยสารเป็นประจำ - เป็นผู้นำและคำแนะนำแก่พนักงานคลังน้ำมัน ส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานเชิงบวกที่มีประสิทธิผล - ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในหมู่พนักงานอาคารผู้โดยสารผ่านการฝึกอบรม การสื่อสาร และการนำด้วยการเป็นตัวอย่าง - สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นกับผู้ให้บริการ/ลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าความต้องการและความคาดหวังได้รับการตอบสนอง - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมจัดจำหน่ายกรดซัลฟูริกเพื่อระบุและแสวงหาโอกาสในการเติบโตทางธุรกิจ - จัดการงบประมาณเทอร์มินัล - การบริหารจัดการโครงการทุนให้สอดคล้องกับผู้จัดการโครงการ/วิศวกรของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อกำหนดเอกสารทั้งหมดสำหรับการทำงานของเทอร์มินัลได้รับการดูแลและปรับปรุง - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
