Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing company operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Assist the Operations Manager to develop and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Prepare board-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials in English for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales & marketing, HR& Admin department to optimize business performance.
- Identify and resolve immediate issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Establish Auditing culture. Set clear criteria for business compliance and recommend for practical process. Maintain field audit works and is responsible for raising up an official
warning in case of the out of policies, rules, regulations.
- Support new project, including store setup, layout planning, equipment installation, and staff training to ensure smooth launches
- Refine, streamline, optimizing and implement the sales strategy to sales team to archive sales target across all sales channels (offline, online, social commerce, events, etc.)
- Developing sales operations policies and procedures and implementing sales structure & processes with sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
- Monitor the customer relationship between customers and sales team to achieve sales target.
- Develop and manage team Budgets and ensure the rolling budgets to be in line with Finance.
- Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
- Working closely with sales & marketing communication team to complete the sales tools for all sales channels.
- Develop and enforce implementation of sales operation policies, procedures, rules, regulations and manner.
- Execute all other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years in Business Development or a minimum of 3 years in FMCG managing a major customer
- Clear understanding of Business Development and Operation in Beverage business or related fields
- Understanding of the modern off-trade channel and customer management, laws and regulations.
- Strong closing skills and Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English (Conversational High level of English), use for communicating with internal
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
<Personality>
- Ability to work under pressure.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of work in Beverages company, FMCG or related fields is also preferable.
