<Job Responsibilities> - Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing online marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific business objectives. - Content Creation and Management: Developing engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, videos) to attract and engage the target audience. - Social Media Management: Managing and growing the company’s presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns. - SEO and SEM: Optimizing website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings and running paid search campaigns. - Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive sales. - Analysing Campaign Performance: Tracking key metrics, analysing data, and making recommendations for optimization to improve campaign effectiveness. - Staying Up-to-Date with Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company’s strategies are current and effective. - Working with Sales Teams: Collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Managing Budgets and Resources: Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes. - Handle other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in online marketing, with 3 years of management experience - Conversational Middle in English to communicate for documents and email <Details> - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques - Ability to create content, analyze performance data, and develop effective marketing strategies - Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle campaign issues - Strong teamwork and coordination skills with sales and marketing teams
