- Email support
- Handling inquiries (from internal and external parties)
- Responding to initial inquiries regarding payments and invoices
- Escalating to senior staff when necessary

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates welcomed
- Conversational high level in Japanese, communicating with Japanese clients
- Having JLPT N2 certificate
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experience in any field
- Strong reading skills, especially kanji recognition, are preferred over speaking ability
