Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement the company’s Safety policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements - Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance - Oversee incident and accident investigations, analyze root causes, and lead corrective action plans - Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certification audits (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) - Oversee training programs and safety awareness campaigns for employees - Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the company - Mentor and supervise safety team members, and support in daily activities and professional development
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment - At least 10 years of experience as a Safety officer at a professional level - At least 2 years of experience in a leader role with people management experience - Conversational High in English (require TOEIC 550+) - Having a valid driver's license - Experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 implementation <Details> - Strong leadership with logical thinking <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the corporate field
