<Job Responsibilities>
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- To strengthen CSR of the Group companies in Thailand
- Initiate, plan, execute and support CSR activities for the company or the group, ensuring alignment with corporate values and goals.
- Enhance the company’s image by promoting CSR initiatives through regular updates on the website, featuring news and success stories that highlight the group’s commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Create internal newsletters, contents for organization magazines and translate internal publication from HQ to enhance corporate communications
- Prepare group company profile including content creation and organizing, photo taking support (products and factories) and proofreading
- Provide training or create learning material relevant to internal policies for employees’ understanding
Legal and Compliance
- To ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that all necessary legal filings, registrations, reports, disclosure and renewals are made to government agencies, regulators, or other authorities in a timely manner (For example, BOI’s annual information, minutes of meetings, application for the change of directors, trademark application, shareholders list updated, share certificate, application for foreign business license, duty stamp application, affidavit updated, proxy, etc.)
- Prepare documents or letters to support transactions
- Collaborate with external legal consultant to provide legal advice to the company and its group
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization’s interests.
- Maintain internal whistle blowing system including investigating potential legal violations, complaints, and non-compliance issues within the organization.
- Working with a legal consultant to oversee and manage the company’s litigation cases (if any)
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations that may impact on the organization’s operations.
- Develop, implement and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct training for staff on legal and compliance matters, including company policies, ethics, and regulations.
Remark :
For Officer level, the expectation is mainly to support and execute tasks (CSR activity coordination, document preparation, compliance reporting) under guidance from GM and external legal consultant.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in law, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in HR & GA task or Compliance or CSR officer
- Able to be a good coordinator between company and affiliated companies
- Good Communication to speak with HQ and Affiliated companies (Conversational High Level +)
- Proficient in using MS Office programs and/or others
<Personality>
- Positive attitude, eager to learn and multitasking
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- With logical, analytical, research, writing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A high sense of responsibility and punctuality is required.
<Preferable Skill Expereince>
- Law team supporting work will be an advantage.
- TOEIC score 700 up
