<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and manage documents such as quotations or invoices
- Make an order to group companies in Japan
- Communicate with sales staff about schedules and orders
- Communicate with clients and group companies by phone/email about schedules and orders
- Handle the import procedure of the machine from HQ in Japan
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field related
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales assistant in any industry
**Fresh graduates are welcome**
- Conversational high-level of English (Communicate with clients, Suppliers, and Japanese by Email and Phone Call)
- Computer literacy skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, etc.
<Preferable Skill/Experience >
- Experience in a Japanese company
