<Number of employees : Total:65 Local: 62 Japanese: 3 > <Report Line: Thai General manager, Japanese management > <Team Member: Aroun 5 persons > <Number of Subordinates: Around 5 persons > <Products: package inspection equipment , Printed circuit board inspection equipment, Inspection jig > <Clients: PCB manufacturer > <Saturday Working: Yes > ※Saturday working 15days in 1year <Position Objective/Expectation > - Responsible HR&Admin and Accounting filed with Thai general manager and your subordinate - Responsible for regular meeting with each country branch (China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malasia) in Japanese around 2times per week <Job Responsibilities> Manage and overview the progress of each task as below. There is staff to take care below operations, manager needs to monitor and manage it. - Accounting document such as managing cash flow, financial reports and respond to audit (if you don't know accounting daily tasks, company have training it) - HR and GA Work such as payroll contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions, recruiting, reviewing welfare and company policies - IEAT (Report) and BOI (not much), Waste and other concerning - Safety works , it need technician level and management level - Coordinate with Japan HQ regarding Accounting, HR&GA, Purchasing and BOI tasks - Handle and responsible for regular meeting in Japanese - Other assigned tasks by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 year experience as HR&Admin or Accounting in manufacturing industry - Conversational high level of Japanese, communicate with each country branch - At least 1 year experiene of assistant manager level <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Business level of Japanese (N2 or N1) - Work or Study in Japan - Have experiene of using ERP system (Foumular)
