Office Assistant Manager (45K-50K) (JO-180321-149950)
About this Job
Work outline: Manage all necessary document and manage a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconcile financial statements
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Manage schedule of Senior Vice President (SVP)
Support PCO team about visa and business travel plan
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
Other tasks assign by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 32-40 years
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in Office Manager / Administration Assistant or any related field
Experience in management
Able to work under pressure and overtime
Understand Visa processes
Basic Accounting and Finance
Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and result oriented
Good computer literacy
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit Na-tional Convention Center
Working Hour 8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
