Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Office Administration and support - Handle office administration, including filing, maintenance, office expenses, admin advance and clearance report). - Support Group admin related issues such as local office contingency plan, data collection, and ISO. - Maintain and monitor office budgets (office supplies, facilities, equipment) and support cost-control initiatives. - Assist in organizing Onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. 2. Employee Engagement - Plan, design, and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g. internal events, townhalls, recognition programs, wellness activities, annual celebrations, company retreat). - Collect and analyze employee feedback (via surveys or focus groups) to enhance employee experience. - Build and strengthen company branding to foster employee pride and organizational commitment. - Engage with employees to boost employee morale, loyalty, unity, and positive attitude. - Contribute to the rollout of employee well-being and inclusion programs as needed. 3. Internal Communication - Execute effective internal communication strategies aligned with company culture and business goals. - Create and manage communication channels such as newsletters, emails and internal social platforms. - Promote company culture through communication campaigns and engagement activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields. - At least 4 years of office administration experience (Office Administration & Support, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication) - Conversational High Level in English (both written and spoken), able to interact with internal and external vendors. <Personality> - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee well-being. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communications skills. - Detail oriented, fast-learning, can-do attitude, well-organized and self-enthusiasm. - Initiative for process improvement and activity arrangements. - Be able to work under pressure and limited supervision. <Preferable> - Preferably in a professional services or foreign-backed organization (MNC Company)
