Work outline: Lead team members and take charge of the drafting, negotiating, contracting, and follow-up the feedback of sales contracts with customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan, receive and control order from local customers and place to overseas customers
Ø Monitor the import shipment schedule on daily basis
Ø Provide the solution and advice to customers regarding delivery progression
Ø Responsible for the problem solving in term of customs clearance, customs principle or any customs issue
Ø Compile and submit necessary shipping documentation to claim tax return
Ø Work with Business Development, Import-Export and Operations team
Ø Guidance and coaching team to current and new biz as well as current and new customers
Ø Handle customer complaints and enquiries
Ø Ad hoc job assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Management or related
Ø At least 5 years' experience of sales support or sales coordinator in freight forwarding, International Air, Ocean freight forwarding especially IMPORT
Ø Management Skill
Preferable:
Ø Sales mind oriented
Ø Having 2-3 years’ experience in ocean freight forwarding or import-export function is a plus
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:45 – 18.00 (Sat 9:00-12:00/2 times a month - every other Saturday)
