NVL Operation Manager (Transportation Manager) (56K – 76K) (SDG-106931) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ NVL (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขนส่ง) Duties & Responsibilities: • To organize the team for planning transport on target and control supervisor for the daily operation. • To be able to analyze/advise and find the proper solution to improve operation and lead time to follow KPI. • Daily problem-solving and management-level coaching. • To communicate and negotiate with the transporter and yard operation team. • To support special requests from superiors. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • ดูแลจัดการทีมงานวางแผนการขนส่งให้ตรงเป้าหมายและควบคุมหัวหน้างานในแต่ละวัน • วิเคราะห์/ให้คำแนะนำและหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานและระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการตาม KPI ได้ • ฝึกสอนการแก้ปัญหาและการจัดการระดับรายวัน • ติดต่อสื่อสารและเจรจากับทีมขนส่งและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการภาคสนาม • ให้การสนับสนุนคำขอพิเศษจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-45 years • Male only • Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in domestic auto transportation, inland vehicle transportation, transportation & logistics, or the automotive industry. • At least 6 years of experience in leadership roles as Assistant-manager level. • Experience in leading and motivating a team of transportation professionals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Advance conversation middle level of English. • Experience in NVL and/or inland vehicle transportation & distribution is an advantage. • Strong analytical, project, and risk management skills. • Problem-solving skills and Excel proficiency are preferable. • Result-oriented, energetic, adaptable, and a team player is preferred.
