Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise the entire prototype assembly process. - Establish standard assembly methods by evaluating and optimizing each assembly step. - Design and fabricate temporary assembly jigs or dedicated tools to improve assembly accuracy and production efficiency. - Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely material preparation and processing according to assembly schedules. - Verify the quality and dimensional accuracy of parts supplied by production teams or suppliers before assembly. - Analyze issues occurring during assembly and report findings to the R&D / design team. - Propose design improvements to reduce complexity, lower cost, and improve manufacturing efficiency. - Confirm the functionality of all systems before delivery. - Convert component data provided by the design team into production BOM structures and standard times within the system for accurate production and purchasing planning. - Oversee prototype manufacturing operations, resource management, feasibility evaluation for mass production, and provide feedback to the design team. - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3-year working experience in related engineering or prototype assembly fields. - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. (Fresh graduates welcome) - Basic understanding of automotive structures and systems. - Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. - Ability to read engineering drawings. - Ability to use hand tools. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to follow assembly procedures and technical instructions.
