<Job Responsibilities> 1)Setting Trial Conditions & Prototyping Support - Setting process conditions for initial trial production - Creating master films based on product specifications using CAD/CAM - Preparing and managing all documents and system inputs required for trial production(CAD/CAM data management, process condition documentation, issuance of film creation requests) - customer requirements from drawings (dimensions, tolerances, units, appearance, packaging, etc.) 2) and Improvement of Production Engineering Feasibility - Evaluating trial‑production results based on dimensional and appearance data, and determining manufacturability - Identifying issues in the process or film design, and proposing countermeasures and improvements 3)Other - Handling technical meetings and communication with customers (in English) - Supporting team members - Other duties assigned ※A portion of the jobs above is subject to the company’s situation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 3 - 5 years’ experience - Experience in design using AutoCAD (2D) — immediate work capability preferred - Basic level of English to internal communication (TOEIC >500) - Work experience at a Japanese manufacturing company <Preferred Experience / Skills> - Engineering experience in the electronics or precision component industry - Basic knowledge of dimensional and statistical indicators (σ, CP, CPK) - Problem‑solving skills and experience in process improvement - Ability to read and interpret customer requirements and respond with technical solutions - Proven achievements in process or equipment improvement <Additional Skills (Nice to Have)> - Experience in operating measurement instruments for dimensional inspection, or experience using various analytical instruments to analyze defective products - Understanding of trial production and mass‑production preparation processes - Experience related to mass‑production startup - Understanding the process of manufacturing prototypes. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese skill
