Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - New Business Development (100%) *Target Industry: Automotive, electrical, and chemical markets. *Target clients: Multinational companies mainly Chinese speaking clinents. - Identify, approach, and acquire new clients - Develop networks through exhibitions, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and other external platforms - Research and create prospect lists to systematically approach potential clients - Actively use phone, email, and direct networking to generate appointments and establish client relationships - Manage and grow assigned accounts while maintaining focus on new client acquisition - Understand client needs and industry trends, especially in the Chinese and international manufacturer space - Provide value-added proposals by leveraging knowledge of manufacturing and product applications, despite being in a trading business - Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and technical support) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions - Report progress, challenges, and new opportunities to the Sales GM - Other tasks assigned by report line <Expected personality> - The person who can pursues target to commit to good results with strong and positive mind - The person who can try hard under pressure.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3-year-experience as sales & marketing to develop new clients in manufacturing and general trading companies. - Knowledge in import and export. - Knowlege in manufacturing field. - Conversational high level of Chinese (For communication with Chinese speaking clients) - Conversational high level of English (For internal and external communication with international people) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Stong network and knowledge in specific industries for new business development - Business level of Chinese and English
