Network Engineer (Infra & Cloud Support) (55K–63K) (SDG-102485) วิศวกรเครือข่าย (สนับสนุน Infra & Cloud) <Job responsibilities> - Find out incident analysis with root cause and countermeasure - Able to onsite support at the customer site in the advance troubleshooting - Prepare & present incident report, R/C with C/M to customers - Meeting with customers, discussing with related parties for terminating the problems - Perform any other duties as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ค้นหาการวิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์พร้อมสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและมาตรการรับมือ - สามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือนอกสถานที่ได้ที่ไซต์ของลูกค้าในการแก้ไขปัญหาล่วงหน้า - จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานเหตุการณ์ R/C พร้อม C/M ให้กับลูกค้า - พบปะกับลูกค้า หารือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อยุติปัญหา - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
