Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee, maintain, and monitor the organization’s network systems to ensure stable and secure operations. - Manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely technical support to internal users. - Develop, customize, and improve computer programs to support operational needs across departments. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on IT and information system development projects. - Implement and support modern information technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency. - Conduct basic user training and guide system and network usage.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or other related fields. (GPA 2.70 or above) - At least 1 year of experience in IT, network, or system support in any industry - Fresh graduates with relevant working or internship experience in network/system support are welcome - Conversational low level of English (Programs, Manual) <Detail> - Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
