Network Engineer (19K-40K) (SDG-21743) <Job Responsibilities> Maintain Network infrastructure including all firewalls, switches, Router and other appliance equipment Troubleshoot and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability Work with Complements team or vendor in case we have new infrastructure project implementation Coordination with vendor to support both of external and internal network issue Perform other daily work as assigned 5 days such as reediness check, prepare configuration, etc. Perform and maintain issue tracking and monthly report Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok Working Hour: 23:59(Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 12.00-21.00, Night shift: 21:00-9.00*(after05.30 is OT))) About the Benefits Salary: 19,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Network support in general in Thailand and other countries/ System Integration in General Business Type: General / IT Services;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/female, 24-35 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields Able to drive a car and have driving license Experience 2-5 years as a network engineer Strong knowledge of computer networking skills; TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wireless, IP Phone Experience in Security solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting Experience in implementation such as Web, Mail, Proxy, Radius, DNS either on Windows or Linux would be advantage Experience using WireShark or other packet analyzers Good command of spoken and written English Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution <Preferable Skill / Experience>9 CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, CCDP, CompTia, or Microsoft Certification would be advantage Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
