Network Engineer (19K-40K) (JO-180307-148759)
Work outline: Responsible for troubleshooting system problem and analyzing for solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain Network infrastructure including all firewalls, switches, Router and other appliance equipment
Troubleshoot and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs
Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability
Work with Implement team or vendor in case we have new infrastructure project implementation
Coordination with vendor to support both of external and internal network issue
Perform other daily work as assigned 5 days such as readiness check, prepare configuration, etc.
Perform and maintain issue tracking and monthly report
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
Experience 2-5 years in IT field
Strong knowledge of computer networking skills; TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wireless, IP Phone
Experience in Security solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in implementation such as Web, Mail, Proxy, Radius, DNS either on Windows or Linux would be advantage
Experience using Wire Shark or other packet analyzers
Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
Availability to work in shift
Able to work in long working hours and work on holiday and weekend.
Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
Preferable:
Certificate of the following would be advantage; CCNA, CCDA, CCNP
Self-motivation and customer oriented
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 12.00-21.00, Night shift: 21:00-9.00* (after05.30 is OT))
