Duties & Responsibility:
Configuration and troubleshooting of network device based on Cisco in LAN and WAN environment. Especially Wireless unit.
Supporting customer requests they were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
Responsible in own case, follow up status and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
Controlling, escalating and following up customer cases in order to comply with customer's Service Level Agreement.
Participating and assisting in driving the knowledge management process.
Providing report to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests
Qualification:
[Must]
Male, Female age 23 - 30 years.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year experience in related fields.
Strong knowledge of computer networking skill; TCP/IP networking, configuration & troubleshooting switch, router, and firewall.
Have experience with IT support or relate field.
Service mind and have interpersonal skill.
Able to work with team, quick learning and initiative.
Good knowledge of security solution, appliance, and troubleshooting.
Have a good communication skill and good team player.
Have a good service mind and logical thinking.

Good knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) configuration and troubleshooting
Have knowledge of operation system (Windows client / Server, Linux, Vmware) configuration and troubleshooting
CCNA, CCNP, MCSA or MCSE
Workplace Area:Wireless Road
Working Hour:Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30)
