Job Description

Motor Claims Call Center Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-38291)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage team of customer service in area of accident for 24 hours
 Conduct the review process of standard of customer services
 Conduct the surprise check to ensure the quality of customer service by hearing voice data
 Ensure the claim/feedback report of customer service team from customers
 Collaborate to other department to run the process smoothly
 Administrative tasks of claim documents and cutomer serivce time table
 Review outstanding open claims
 Implement the development program of customer service team



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30 – 45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 At least 7 years of experience in Customer Service of Insurance industry (especially non-life insurance)
 Able to communicate English in daily conversation
 Able to solve problems professionally
